heat added from me..nice stuff at a nice price..but it seems some grumpy humbug people don't like the idea of charity at Christmas. ...They need to have a quiet word with themselves

What about the injured horses who are forced into this?

i find this quite a strange idea for a charity to be honest...

Do they not take out insurance to cover for accidents etc?

Once had an atgument with a former school friend who posted a picture of a poor horse that was lying on a car bonnet...

'That poor horse...'. 'That poor bloody horse'

Wait a minute - what about the bloody family in the car??! Horses on the roads... very annoying!

I find it strange getting into an ethical debate- it's intended for horse racing fans as stipulated

Charity for injured jockeys.

Not that complicated to understand.

i'm just going to hazard a guess that people pick which charities they give to or not give to for very specific reasons, none of them to do with that person being grumpy, but im going to take myself outside and give myself a damn good talking too.

What a pointless charity. Jockeys ride knowing the risks and insure themselves against injury. Support a decent charity instead. There are charities supporting ex-race horses if you are a "horse racing fan". Remember, the jockeys have a choice, the horses don't

How much do successful owners/trainers make? Let them fund the charity (_;)

As I've said before, if you want to give to charity, just make a donation. There's no need to buy this kind of cheap, useless tat.

What about the beautiful horses who get forced into racing and end up fatally injured, shot or slaughtered? I have no sympathy for jockeys or anyone involved in the horse racing industry, they know the risks involved, It's all about money and fame.
