It runs to hot and there's better cards the ATI 6870 and the recent deals for the 5870.
Cold for what is a red hot running card.

Like the above said, this runs of the GF100 chipset rather than the GF110, which is an awful lot more efficient in power consumtpion and heat emitted, the GF110 is being used on the 570 and 580 which will be much better purchases in the long run (aside from the crap pricing runoured by NVidia)

If you enjoy paying excessive energy bills and enjoy loads of fans whirring in your computer then its a good price, but i'd reccommend against buying anything with the GF100 architechture.

Crap product, good price. Good for those that want it. :>

Same as above really. This is definately a good price for this particuar card but guzzles energy for fun so you'll pay in the long run over say a 6870 which gives similar performance at a similar price. Each to their own though, I know there are plenty of Nvidia fanboys out there.

I'll vote hot based on the fact this is much cheaper than the other 470s

Good price, but seriously don't buy this, runs very hot and is very energy inefficient, the overclocked Gigabyte 460 GTX is a much better buy, as it can be overclocked further while still running cool and quiet.
