2-in-1 convertible laptop featuring Windows 10 Home, the latest 7th generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor, SSD drive and a Full-HD touch display.

Might have to be quick with this one, but thought it was a very good deal. I personally opted for the Lenovo Yoga 900 @ JohnLewis.

It's already gone I'm afraid! Gutted as I tried to get one! Only 12% off now making it 615! Bummer

Got it in the basket with the saving applied but when I tried to purchase, it wouldn't accept the credit card details - I tried 3 plus a debit card!. Called Dell and they said it had all sold - even though it was still in my basket for £449.01. VERY Disingenuous. Wonder how many they had available?

Yeah I'm thinking the same.... How many did they sell at 450?! I thought it strange they already had the 12% code up at the same time?! Poor from them!

Same! I was on their website at 7am exactly and had it in my basket, I entered my name (bank details filled in automatically, do this process took me at most 1 minute) and when I tried purchasing it, it wouldn't work; wouldn't accept my credit card! Tried 2 cards of mine and also my sisters but to no avail... Called Dell (who, btw, are terrible for service, from my personal experience) at 7:10 and they said it had all sold out!

Looks like total **** then!

damn, wondering how many they had that they sold out so quikly, I would totally get it myself as that's exactly what I was looking for, and so cheap, I have spoken to advisor on chat but he also said all sold out and are not coming back like other deals, but this model itself is still in stock, so it just must be the case of very limited number of redemptions available. Such a shame dell! Any other good deals on 13 inch portable lappy with at least fhd (no need for touchscreen, but if it has its a bonus), ssd, 8gb ram and a reasonable price? I have my eyes on a latitude 7370 (xps 13 business edition), can get it in outlet for 580 with a code, but that only has m5 cpu and this was i5 kabby lake.

what is the yoga 900 deal mentioned by OP?

Edit: Found the yoga deal, with 3y warranty it indeed is tempting. But I would not say it's 400 off, the same model with i7 is 900, so don't think they would sell i5 for 100 more?

Yepp, same here. I called them and spoke with them on live chat and they were so useless. Really weird offer, they claim that they are out of stock, but obviously you can buy them in original price.

Somehow, yoga price on john lewis still feels to me pretty expensive. I think I'm going to end up buying a weaker version of yoga in 300-400 pounds range.

Also had it in my basket, but would not accept credit card. Spoke to Dell on chat and they finally agreed to sell at the Doorbuster price.

I managed to order this. I'm hoping the wife likes it as she was after 15" rather than 13". She's used to having a couple of inches less than she would prefer though. All the other specs are spot on for me at this price.

Useless. Like many others, got as far as the Payment Authorisation stage and keep refusing payment. At no point in the transaction did it mention they gave sold out. I would expect better from a technical company.

Great price, but I guess no point in voting if unavailable.
Well done to those who got it

Their online chat guy confirmed that they only had 70 units available at this price, which is absolutely ridiculous. Just disingenuous like you said.

I had same issue with credit cards but spoke to one of their online chat agents and he processed order for me. Have received confirmation email so seemed to be a genuine offer just a shame they had issue with processing payment

exact same thing happened to me. Tried both of my cards 3 times at least before calling them at 7:10 and they said it's gone. Well done for anyone who managed to get it

yeah got of chat with dell agent. He also said 70 were for that price and that he would give me 15% instead of 12℅ as I had payment problems in the morning

Feel very lucky that I managed to get one then. Marked as shipped, due Monday.

I was extremely lucky with getting mine. I went onto live chat at 5am to tell them that my card wasn't working at the checkout and the guy processed my order there and then for 449.99, a full two hours before the deal even went live at 7am.

Hi, I managed to get the 15" laptop from Dell today's Cyber Monday deal.
If your wife doesn't like the 13", is it fine if we exchange the laptops and I will pay you the difference through bank transfer or Paypal.
