Saw this in local store tonight (Kirkwall)

Slumdog Millionaire DVD for £1.00. Wasn't a yellow sticker item either just regular white ticket so must be country wide I assume.

Edit: Also for £1.00 on DVD - 'Behind Enemy Lines'

Ooh this seems cheap may have a look tommorrow was it a extra store or just general small one? Also did they have lots.

It's just a normal store but quite a big one. They had a couple of copies left when I was in this afternoon but just popped in for proof (see photo) but they've sold out not surprisingly.

They also have 'Behind Enemy Lines' on DVD for a £1 too - see pic.

Awesome price.. except imo this was just another long and boring Bollywood movie

I liked the film although my wife agrees with you! I still think Danny Boyle's best film was 'Life less Ordinary'...

Much as I love 'A Life Less Ordinary' (which is a fantastic under-rated film) - Trainspotting, surely !

Wow!
Bought mine for £8 when it was released. Although I don't really regret buying it back then. It was worth it

I luv this film and great price! Thanks OP.

Quite a good 'feel good' movie, actually. Certainly worth a watch for £1.

watched the first 15mins and thought film was dire. fail to see why this was so hyped up.. it's been on tele since so many times too. a quid is the most it's worth. moaning over.

voting hot for the find.

Actually, it's not the original Behind Enemy Lines that's £1, it's the third movie, starring former WWE star Mr. Kennedy (the fact that he is no longer a WWE star is probably the reason its so cheap).

Oh, and it's not very good.

Great Movie, and a great find. Cheers.

Although probably not enough explosions, fast car chases, CGI, celebrities for some folk. ;)
