Details
- Integral UltimaPro SDHC are Class 6 Speed to ensure that when you take a picture, data is saved faster, so there is less time to wait before taking the next picture - perfect for the latest Digital SLR cameras
- Capture the moment in fast-changing environments like sports and current affairs, where every second counts
- Works brilliantly with the latest hi-definition digital camcorders - ensuring smooth video capture
- Any Digital SLR camera will perform better with the use of an UltimaPro SDHC Class 6 compared to standard Class 2 and 4 speed SDHC cards

- Designed for SDHC compatible host devices**
- Solid State - No moving parts
- Non-Volatile - Data maintained with no power
- Complete with FREE protective case
- Tested with a wide range of SDHC devices

**N.B. Not all devices support SDHC cards.

To ensure compatibility, look for the SDHC Logo on the product or packaging of your new camera or digital camcorder.

If your digital camera or camcorder displays a Class 6 logo then Integral recommend that you should use a Class 6 SDHC card in the device - Class 2 and Class 4 cards are compatible but your device will run at their slower speed.

Due to SDHC using the latest technology, any digital camera or other device purchased before 2006 will not be compatible with SDHC memory cards.

Good price i bought a couple of these and did a speed test with some trancend sandisk all 6 speed but these were the fastest every time.
#3
Bought one of these a couple of weeks ago and they seem slower than the 4GB ones for (£4?) each that I bought from a deal here a few weeks previous. Don't have any details as evidence but these definately run slower in my camera.

As per my post it was about 5 weeks ago and well gone I believe. It may have been £5 each, just trying to find an e-mail.

My mistake, £5.

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/595068/memory2go-4gb-sdhc-card-class-6-5-0

These will shoot for ages on my camera with no backing up of frames. Whereas the 8GB in this deal starts to skip frames after just 15 seconds (same as other cards I used to use). The 4GB Memory2go ones are the only ones I've found which will work for ages without skipping frames (I've only tested a few but these are both class 6, I found the memory2go ones faster).

Heads up people.

Better benchmark these cards. I received two of them this morning and both are labeled Class 6, but benchmark with multiple testing software and manually at no better than Class 2.

You can use.... CrystalDiskMark

http://release.crystaldew.info/CrystalDiskMarkSetupEn

if you don't already have benchmarking software.

BTW, CrystalDiskMark takes a long time to complete the entire test range. So don't worry if it appears to be dead after 15 minutes.

Thanks for that, I'll take a look as what you say makes sense with what I've experienced.

I assume it's sequential writing speed that is the benchmark I should be looking at? I'm getting around 5.5MB/sec which is slightly lower than it should be.

My 4GB class 6 card comes in at over 12MB/sec!!!
#28
Yes, sequential writing is the most common for cameras. You start with a freshly formatted card and take picture after picture. I always format the card in the camera after I've dumped the pictures to the PC. This is the recommended procedure from Nikon, Canon and Panasonic.

I have ten SDHC cards and all test as they should except for a PNY 8GB Class 4 but tests at 5.8MB.
