I would rather buy this kit from a fat bloke down the pub with a european accent than this mob......cold

I have bought a few components from overclockers over the years without a problem. What's your reason for the post, Stone? Have you had a bad experience with them?
#3
hmm...
title says c2d with 2gb ram
description says dual core with 4gb of ram
make your mind up...

cold from me.
from ebuyer:
retail e5200, single stick 2gb kingston ram (chosen mobo does not support dual channel) and as ebuyer do not stock the asrock mobo I would choose the asus P5N73-AM with onboard geforce 7050 graphics as a cheap upgrade, but with full x16 pcie slot if better graphics required.
£119.21 with 5 day delivery for a better combo imho or £139.29 if 4 gb of ram chosen

The dodgy description is probably worth a phone call to confirm whether it''s 2GB or 4GB. If it's 2GB then my instincts tell me this isn't a stunning deal:

E5200 £60
2GB of DDR2 around £25

Would have to be a pretty stunning motherboard to be worth the investment.
