Heat added, not a great spec but for that money what can you expect?

Why is this hot? It's just a rebranded cheap chinese MID, and you can get them for around £70 from the likes of DealExtreme and FocalPrice.

http://www.focalprice.com/CE011S/M002_Google_Android_OS_2GB_7_TFT_Touch_Screen_MID_Tablet_Pad_Netbook__Silver.html

I got one, and it's barely worth the £70-75 I paid...

Sorry to be blunt, but you'd have to be an idiot to think this is a good deal.

Cold. These tablets simply don't work. Save your money and check out the Advent Vega being released later this week, or better still wait for a release of Android which is actually designed for tablets.
#10
Well, there's 2 Advent tablets being released by Dixons this week. A 7" with a resisteive screen and droid 2.1 (should be £129.99). And a 10" with capacitive screen and droid 2.2 (£250).

Don't care much for the 7", but the 10" is manufactured by Shuttle and looks like a decent bit of kit.

whilst I agree this thing is a POS, mainly due to it's terrible processor it isn't expired.

There's always some feckwit who hits the expire button because they don't like something. Hint it's for when a deal is EXPIRED not because you don't like it FGS!!!

Android 1.9??

As it's a pretty crap deal, who cares?...

And as for "Last few remaining!", I added 135 units in my basket, would hardly call that a 'few'...

Well, I'm guessing anyone that was going to risk spending £130 on a product you can get elsewhere for half that, would care about my opinion.

Then there's the fact that I actually own one of these crappy little tablets, which makes my opinion a little more valid.
Feel free to waste your money on one, I'll be happy to laugh at you if you did.

These things are worthless, if someone was to give me another one for free, I'd bin it.
They are slow, very poorly made, and will have no customer supprt at all. You'd have to be insane to pay £130 for one.

Oh, and good luck getting Android Market to work (it wont).

Did i actually say i was going to buy one of these err NO!! I like all other people on these forums posts deals in case they might be interested. I'm in the market for an android tablet and whilst looking thought i'd post on here.

Whats the point if all im going to get is s*** from people like yourself. At the the end of the day people will spend their money on what THEY want.

End of story.

but if it is their money, they will just buy a cheaper one with the same spec...

Sorry for being harsh, but you're posting a deal for a product that can be bought for half the price. You really need to look a bit more into products before posting them.

And the fact TJ Hughes are saying they were worth £250, and have only reduced them to £130 is shocking.

There will be masses of better quality tablets hitting the market between now and Q1 2011, starting this week with this -
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/advent-vega-internet-tablet-08258762-pdt.html
(should be buyable by the 18th, which is its official release date).

Dixons are also releasing the 7" tablet this week for £130, but it's not on the site yet. Should be MUCH better value than this one posted.

It's fine, it's just picking up HUKD's affiliate link and making a fuss out of it for no reason.
