13% SAVING WOW?

13% is a good saving to me, its £2 off.

Judging by your post count and rep i guess you must have posted much better savings than this

Good quality brand, are they? Decent for DVDs and Data DVDs, like AVIs?

Anyone know what dye they use? I wasn 't able to find out; although someone posted that the intenso DL are RICOHJPN-D01-67.

Good for Wii backups?

wonder if these make good frisbee's ?

Not a bad price, but play.com have a 3-for-2 deal on Maxell DVDs at the mo. http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/3-/268882/2-/Promo.html Granted most are presently out of stock but it works out at 10.65p per disk instead of 12.99p and you can still order now.

From my own experience I'd only ever recommend Verbatim for console backups. That's not to say that other brands don't work but you may get random errors, slow loading, discs that work initially and then stop after a few weeks etc. For the sake of an extra 5p a disc I'd go for the 100 Verbatim DVD-Rs that play are doing for 17.99

anything that isnt in stock shouldnt be considered a bargain, and i dont rate that brand either, goto svp tyg03 disks for £12 per 100 excellent disk.

well they're not in stock because its pre-delivery.

i don't consider any offers that don't mention additional delivery cost so the offer you mention is pretty useless. ;-)

Can you provide me a link for these tyg03 for £12 because i had a quick look and couldn't find them, i would guess they're fakes anyway at that price.............plus there is the delivery charge of course.

Looking at SVP (which has greatly gone down hill) it appears that these intenso discs could have DAXON016S/UME02 dye which is decent quality imo

I bought some Intenso CDR's a few years ago. They turned out to be really cheap and nasty, and I'd be very surprised if any of them are still readable.

It's not actually 3for2 (although the page says so) - but £5.99 each when you buy 3 or more - still a good deal.

Aren't these RICOHJPN-D01-67 the same as the Aone d/l discs? If so, imho they're well worth gettin for console back ups, never had a coaster yet!

same thing is on offer in Sainsburys, think it ends today though - aprox £10.40 for 100 - dvd-r and cd-r.

A link wouldn't go amiss!

I know it's easy enough to find the site but not always the deal. All I can see is 3 for 2 and the price doesn't look too good!
