Superb. I was just looking at these on the Homebase site, where they start at around £20. Shall have to see if my local branch has any of these tomorrow.

It have to be Tardis wouldn't it fitting a half dozen of these in a Delorean would be a bitch!

I have these doors in a rented house & can confirm they are only really for light use. Buju247 describes them quite correctly, "Rubbish" & hollow.
You only really get one chance with these hollow doors to fit the furniture correctly, mess it up like I did & they become useless to work on.
Saying that, they are cheap so maybe handy for someone but be wary they aint good quality.
Also B&Q dont trim doors anymore, I was told this is their policy now.
#15
Dont trim too much off these the frame isnt that thick.
spend a bit more and buy timber doors

B&Q don't cut doors. Not possible on the saws that they have.

I work for the them and these doors come on offer every other month. A range of items were on offer this past weekend which have now ended, including this door. However the 3G (Going, Going, Gone) offers are coming back a week on Friday. So far I'm aware that deck boards, deck stain, a tool box, toilets/basins to go and 2 items on gardening are coming on among a range of other items.

Also another bit of advice about a week Friday. The Privilege Card is being brought back for the 4 days for those who missed out this Bank Holiday. Any questions and I'll happily answer them.

Ah, this deal reminds me of my first job - A door-to-door door salesman.
I wasn't good at it, as I have never seem to be able to sell any.
"Good morning", I say, "Are you interested in buying a... oh... wait, you already have one. Nevermind!"

Doesn't appear you're having an awful lot of success at being a comedian(enne?) either!

Agreed, quality is very poor. You get what you pay for.

These were going for a tenner some time ago. Saw it in store.
#21
I was gonna buy a few of these doors but the above reviews have put me off. Still a good price for those not as selective...
#22
Friend of mine bought these a while ago and they are so light and hollow, wouldnt bother.

If you are going to spend time and put in a new door - which is easily half a days work if you don't do it for a living wouldn't you rather pay a little extra and get one that lasts?

Because times are hard, and not everybody has that "little bit extra" to throw around?
