Just today, after five weeks of trying to find what happened to my parcel, P2Go said it had been delivered, then in the very same text chat they said it had not been delivered but would be returned to me but that because of the time it has taken I should make a claim. As I was filling in the claim form they emailed me to say it HAD been delivered after all. Whatever system they've got - it ain't working!! Avoid at all costs.,
My local post office closed without warning a few weeks ago so InPost has been something of a life saver for me. The lockers are at my local petrol station so I can kill two birds with one stone and no more queueing behind people taxing cars, checking passports or collecting pensions when I have better things to do, which is a bonus. I haven't had a problem with InPost or P2G and the only time I had a parcel go missing with Hermes is when they left it at a property with a similar name, but in a different village a few miles away. They tracked it down a few days later and delivered it :)
Agree totally with yobear. Give them a very very wide berth. Totally useless in every respect.
Inpost and Parce2go is becoming a Joke now. TBH avoid them if you can
Just used it! Thank you!

ideal if you are a drug dealer :)
You'd have to be pretty dumb to send your drugs in the post, much wiser to have a black BMW with blacked out Windows and bright blue LED's to do all your deliveries. ;)

Why a black BMW? Are all Black BMW's drug suppliers?

Logic fail - non sequitur

How do you think people get the drugs from the deep web?

They don't. Shh.
Just tried to use, cheapest service seems to be a higher price than my usual courier. Am I missing something?
is this price only within the UK or does it include Europe?

There's no option for 'Store to Store' for me. Just 'Drop off to Store' or 'Collect from Store'.

It maybe location specific... a good deals for those that can get it.

thats the option you need i think although im unsure size restrictions?

You were right plumberman01.

There is a size restriction...
29cm x 29cm x 29cm is the largest that can be sent if it helps anyone.

why is this even a deal, just like collect+ and myhermes?

Never anyone use myhermes, rubbish courier- worst out there... I've had more problems with them in 3 months than using other couriers for like 10 years!

Been using MyHermes for years and never had a problem!

Well Hermes are the cheapest couriers on the planet at the moment and you are going to expect a few niggles with them as they are the cheapest.

I mean if you really care about your parcel and want it pretty much delivered then you will have to pay that little extra for it.

Try City Link or TNT Next day through Parcel2go. Its more like a guaranteed delivery with them ;-)

Have used http://www.ipostparcels.com a few times, not a reseller web site, so got better rates. Next day signed from around £5.50. They have a voucher on this weekend ebay240 for another 10% off.

Nice find, I'm giving them a try. Can drop at local depot instead of messing around waiting for couriers to not turn up!
exactly what i was looking for since Staples changed their rules and RM is just a no go.

parcel monkey is better for me this time though as its only £6.99 for up to 10kg.
Been using Interparcel for a few years now.
I just love their excellent service.
They offer refund instantly if there is no pickup made even if the courier guy has turned up.
Was really disappointed to find this wasn't postman pat related. Sadface.

"Truly Awful - Could Not Be Bothered To Deliver The Package"

I have never experienced customer service like this in any company and in any industry.

I called in advance to inform Interparcel that the collection had to be before 3 pm. I wrote this on the order.

Once the order was made I was then told this would not be possible.

The following day interparcel did not even bother to rebook collection and this would have had to have been made on the Monday - and so the TIME SENSITIVE package would have arrived 5 days late.

I had paid for the next day delivery.

The "customer services" of interparcel are liars, incompetant and totally useless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not sure how £7.00 is such a great price...
Another vote for Interparcel. Sent a package FedEx with no problems at all. Thanks OP for bringing this to Hotukdeals attention.
