Not a bad tank for the money. Lighting is poor though if you want to grow plants. Upgrade for lights are around £30. Also the filter supplied is poor quality. Voted hot as this isn't a bad price, but check out the pets at home panorama 64 as this is the same tank and when on offer it's cheaper.

Not a good tank, not a good deal either, the price is pretty standard, the RRP is of course silly... The filter is inadequate as is the lighting... These things are made of cheap components to suckers you into buying more kit and the kit as new is not cheap. You can pick up a decent second hand tank that will suit your requirements, size, style etc very cheap on eBay, aquarist classifieds etc... Make sure you buy a tank that as big as you want as many people rapidly scale up which is extra expense... Join fish groups on Facebook for advice, trade, never trust the advice from a fish shop as they will sell you anything to get your money in their account... Research what you want the setup and community to be and stick to it.... Continual adding of extra fish (requiring a bigger tank and more expense). Stick to those rules and you can't go wrong.

Sorry but cold from me.

I was looking at this tank a few months ago, but in the end found a 70L Jewel one for around £80 from my local fish selling shop (or whatever they are called).

It came with decent filter, heater and also lights as well as advise and supporting a local shop so worth checking locally first.

I have the 50L version of this, has been great, had it 2 years.

Me too, although the heater just packed in and a whopping £7.50 for a new one.

I also recently replaced the lamps with LED strip lights and a 12v transformer.
