Some people seem to love them, some hate them:

I won't buy from them again... a major song and dance when they sent wrong goods, they were an absolute pain to contact too, I have had problems with ebuyer too, but admittedly not as bad. Box-shifters in the Computer business are just about all a bit problematic - most good when things go well, but hassle when it goes wrong :-(

acutally 7.8 on trustpilot is a decent score. its better than john lewis, for example;
http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.johnlewis.com
even amazon score only 8.5.

No shock, I have spoken before on these pages on the hassles that come free with a John Lewis purchase! :-(

yeah i had an awful time with john lewis when they sent me the wrong tele, sent me a 50inch plasma panasonic instead of a 40inch lcd toshiba, then took months to resolve it and demanded that i did not use the one they'd sent me. really unhelpful and abrupt to boot. have sworn never to use them again.
