Surely if they gave a 100% discount you would order from them. I mean you would have nothing to lose. Regardless, poor company as they sold out of the Seagate 250GB Portables and cancelled my order!!! Boycotting from now on.

Oh wait theres a new store opening near by this morning, mmmm might pop in for a look see :-P

I agree they are a pretty bad company to deal with.
On one of the opening weekends I bought a 32" TV to be delivered, and they screwed up the delivery dates multiple times as the salesman said it was free delivery when in fact it shouldn't have been. Anyway in the end I ended up getting two 32" TVs delivered instead of one because they can't sort out their own delivery service properly. It's been a year and they still haven't contacted me about the addition telly! Looks pretty good in the playroom!

Bestbuys – You can not trust this company ! As I have mentioned in my other post about this company…

“This shows what a useless company it is turning out to be...

"7 Feb 2011
Best Buy UK marketing director Kevin Styles is the latest senior manager to leave the chain.
Harry Parmar, UK commercial director, has also left the electricals group. Neither are expected to be directly replaced.
Their departures follow the shock exit of European CEO Scott Wheway, head of online DeVere Forster and Paul Antoniadis, branded operations chief who have all left Best Buy in the past six months. The mass exodus of directors has fuelled speculation that Best Buy’s European venture has fallen flat.
The chain is predicted to report £55m losses this year.

and the story goes on and on……

Mon 14 March
“Carphone Warehouse retail insight chief jumps ship - Carphone Warehouse is losing its senior insight manager Kevin Macdonald to research company Skopos Market Insight. Macdonald has worked across Carphone Warehouse and sister company Best Buy Europe.

http://www.marketingweek.co.uk/disciplines/data-strategy/carphone-warehouse-retail-insight-chief-jumps-ship/3024424.article”

I don’t think there’s many people left to steer this useless ship… it even failed to bid successfully for that other useless company - Dixons!

One couldn’t make up this hilarious and epic comedy show even if one tried.
Enuff said.

I've bought online from bestbuy. Ordered a Sony TX5 and had no problems. Would use again.

The crazy guys shouting in CAPITALS are multiple accounts from one nutjob, who jumps on every bestbuy thread. Have a search.

He jumped on the TX5 thread just after I had ordered and got me quite worried.
