Been thinking of something quite that I can put twonky on or tversity.

Using my PC right now but it can be noisy and energy hungry, got 150.00 anyone know?

Was looking at qnap or synoligy ts212 or ds211

I had one of these and it didn't last a year - the HDD was fine, but the unit itself died. It's really noisy too, as the fan makes some odd noises at times.

The software isn't that great that comes bundled with it either... so would think about looking for an alternative to this.

I think that is a different model. The cashback is for the 250GB version but the Amazon one is £160GB

Anyone recommend a NAS that will decode my media on the fly to my TV, like my PC does with Tversity?

Popped in to Southampton. Had one ex-display in stock without power supply so I left it.

just got one from coventry store. they had 3 or 4 more left. very easy to setup esp the media sharing part, not at all noisy as one of the reviews in amazon. very compact. good for the price.
