How can you link an NUS to your hmv account? I thought they stopped this?
#2

correct-a-mondo.

Can you trade games and stuff in to get money off this? Better than buying from Apple if you can.
#9
This is the new price and will be the same everywhere once they update their prices.

Are iPad deals the replacement for Orange San Francisco phone deals?

oO

same price on the apple store.

iPad2 looks like a big update though so i would hold out to the 24th March.

Even the cheapest version at £329 is still £100 overpriced IMHO

It's not exactly "changed everything... again" though has it.
Lol @ fanboys thinking Apple would actually add useful features like an SD slot, mini hdmi, mini usb, flash. I guess those are held back for ipad 9.

there will still be a load of people buying it, even though the people developing it said that its so pointless that they already have an ipad 3 on the cards for the end of this year. Dual core for a system that doesnt really multtask is pretty pointless.....
#24
When its below 300 let me know

It's only a saving of £100 and for 2x processing and 9x graphics - its probably worth the wait.

Referb is below £300. There you go.

I mean new.
#28
the 3G is still a high price as its a far better unit, will never drop as much as it also has gps
#29
Don't know why all these threads are appearing....it's the same £329 price everywhere now...

Unless there is a particular discount code somewhere WHICH WORKS, then this is not a 'deal' as such.

[Currys IPAD5 and IPAD7 don't since the pricedrop]

Get an Iphone4 + a kindle you will be much better off. I should probably declare that i hate apple now...welldone for inventing the table market. Really. You should however be ashamed for encouraging the yuppies of this world to depart with between £300-£600 of hard earned yuppie beans for non-flash supporting, non upgradeable, usb-less hunk of shiney plastic shizzle.

I am patiently waiting for the day (soon) when a non-hyped, reasonbly priced, effective tablet blows maggot riddled Apple's offering out of the water.

Apple already confirmed that ipad 2 wont be any more expensive than the original so its only £429

and to the guy saying maybe they cant afford the extra £200 how can you justify spending £300 on what is a tablet pc with NO ports !!!
This is a very expensive item for what it is and is for the rich not people on benefits.
Anyone who can spend £300 on this will be able to afford the extra £400 and if you cant well...dont and get a netbook

Have you ever bought anything from the apple refurb store?

I know the units are not technically new as some parts have been reused but honestly no one would know. The only difference is the packaging. Warranty is still the same.

If I were you I'd spend them sooner rather than later!
HMV don't look the healthiest company at the moment.
