  Bought a couple of these from Pixel_UK last week as presents, so not had chance to fully check, but they look pristine and had around 8 to 9 months Apple warranty remaining, so pretty good value really. Communication with seller also good. The Apple Store refurbs would be better, but it's been a while since the last lot were on offer there and I couldn't wait longer. Personally, these are fine, but if you can wait for the Apple store ones, then that's what I'd do - if only for the full years warranty - not that I've any reason to doubt that these will be OK.

  They are refurbished, not by Apple themselves, and so have the remainder of the original 1 year warranty. According to seller on eBay, this should be around 10 months, but in my case was around 8 and a half - I guess the seller can't know each one unless he checks them with the online Apple warranty checker individually, so is relying on what his supplier says re the warranty length. Hope that makes sense.

  Hmm... Maybe I'm being silly. Click through the 'go to deal' link and you see the iPad listed for the seller pixel_uk in eBay. Now, on the right hand side, click on the 'See Other Items' and browse through the listings of this seller and this iPad is not present???

  With Microsoft and other manufacturers just about to release tablets for the Xmas period I would wait, you will most definitely be able to get a better quality device for much less closer to Christmas, and remember this device has the older screen that is not very good quality and which breaks if you breath on it too hard.
  Just look at the price for the zoom today and that has a much better screen than this device.
