The Tesco eBay outlet iPad air deal keeps coming on here but goes out of stock very quickly.

It is back again. Grab em while you can.

I bought one last time and it is like brand new.

These normally retail for £399, but because the outer wrapper is off then they are £100 cheaper.

The 32gb version is for sale too at £359

16gb is not a lot for these, every iOS update becomes a torturous process of deleting things I use to make enough space, even when done through iTunes. Good price though.

You should probably mention that it's a refurb rather than new...

£300 for a 16gb refurb?
Apple are having a laugh.

Get Android then you're not stuck with IOS junk forever.

Android is poor on tablets though, much prefer it on phones.

Touché! Nope, it's just my abysmal typing.
IOS is still rubbish though, however you spell it.

iOS.

Well I like it. Android gives me headaches.

Just because something is not suitable for you doesn't mean it's not for someone else. There are tons of people out there that 16gb heck even 8gb is more than enough. Stop using yourself as a yardstick.

Thanks for your opinion, why do not you keep it to yourself?

Can't find the 32gig version

Android is a mess

Android is great on mobiles but few apps are optimized for larger screens/tablets so iOS is the way to go for tablets IMO.

It's a shame apple charge a premium for their products, but you can't deny the build quality/design is top notch. I might get an iPad Air this year

I bought the 32gb for my son and it is brand new. Box was a bit battered but won't complain
#15
Is there any apple warranty on these?
#16
I bought a Nexus 7 but disliked it because barely any apps were optimized for the display (I could only find about two good, optimized games). Also there are fewer high-quality apps and more apps have unremovable ads.
Android is decent for phones but apple is so much better for tablets IMO.

I bought a 'mini' (retina display) 16gb, for £239 from here - received yesterday. £80 saving on shelf price. Near enough perfect condition albeit the box had a few scuffs on it. The wife has an Air - I just wanted something a little smaller which this obviously is. 16gb plenty for most people.

Nice price. A bit bored of Android now I'm ready to go all Apple with this new iOS, only cr.ap left is iTunes. How likely do people think Apple will ditch iTunes in the near future?

How is Cut & Paste on Android? = complete crap

I haven't used iOS in a while but isn't it, er, exactly the same as Android in this regard?

That's probably less likely than Cheryl Cole's next book winning the Nobel Prize in literature.

oqey - I am not using myself as a yardstick - everyone I know and even from the comments in here people have to uninstall/delete stuff all the time with a 16GB version. It seems daft when 6TB drives are available to limit such a technology and then not provide a convenient method of upgrading... Have you seen the premiums Apple (and others) charge for an extra 16GB?

i Once thought Apple opening up their sharing capabilities on their phones was very unlikely. They have done that now.

Fans are speculating the 2014 iPad refresh will have 32GB as the base model and do away with the 16GB variant. Here's hoping

Life and soul of the party? Hell no, I'd rather stay home and polish my collection of Star Wars figurines.
... Still probably less of a trainspotter than you though.

Thanks for the advice though, I'll order an Android tablet tomorrow on your recommendation.
