Gotta wonder what the margins are on this, I can't see all that many customers in Poundland having ipads? Then, I suppose they consider there to be a market for laser-guided scissors...
#6
kartiers: thanks for posting the picture up ;)

I am loving the tidiness of the Signalex section of Poundland pictured above. Doesn't look like a jumble sale at all.

Ebuyer are offering a similarly cheap iPad case in hard plastic or TPU.. Other colours available for a few pennies more.

haha, I shop there so I do very dare me! tbh I cant see that these would fly off the shelf in a supermarket at the same price, the ipad is too niche at the mo to give shelf space to (unless its sheld space next to an ipad in an electronics shop, logically

Saw these in Merry Hill branch tonight too. Can't say i'd want to use one on mine to be honest, the screen feels so great anyway.

Poundland are like that, if you see it you have to grab it when you can, they have a lot of job lot stuff and when it's gone and they do out of stuff quite quickly they don't always have access to any more. :)

I reckon these screen protectors would be useful for digi camera screens? :)
#21
I don't think someone who has enough money to waste on an iPad will be looking around at Poundland for accessories
#22
Compared to screen protectors you can pay like £6 before are these any worse at doing the job and putting them on? I've always felt the markup on screen protectors is huge.

Are you kidding? People who buy expensive things are always on the lookout for the lowest prices, lot's of people will pay £600+ for a PC but when buying a card reader they will happily buy one from Poundland rather than paying £6-£8 for one with a posh name!

Lol you want Jam as well! Poundland do sell a pair of rechargeable batters in a pack which is still a reasonable price for charger and two batteries i.e. £2 :)

indeed :)

Bought one today. Seems nobody from signalex (poundland) actually thought to measure up an iPad first. The bloody thing is about 5mm too short at the bottom. Don't go out your way to get one.

I got one from wands worth and it fits perfectly. Though there is a design flaw in that the application aid tabs should be and the button end to as it's far easier to align from that end first.
