Most of the models are here and in stock - up to 64GB wi-fi.

Personally, I would now hold off getting any iDevice until the Apple refresh, but hope it helps anyone who's interested.

No thanks.

I'd MUCH rather have a brand new Advent Vega for <£250

Cheers kvee, that's the second time I've had my link stripped, no idea why.

Over expensive. Wouldn't have been a good deal 6 months ago.
Remember iPad2 is due out in 3 months too. This'll plummet in price then
PLUS this is a refurb too remember.

I'd rather have neither, as neither differentiate themselves from their pocket cousins enough for me, plus the Vega's battery is a bit crap too.

I thought there were a couple of reports, including the Daily Mail online, that think new Ipad 2 launch date being announced 2nd March. Surely iPad 1 prices will drop then.

iPad 2 announcement on 2 March by Apple

Finally get to see how this stacks up against the new Android 3.0 tablets in specs and prices

Apple refreshes their iDevice line up every single year, it was always a given.

Wonder how long Apple will take to get it international this time.

This shouldn't be too much of a problem, though, as the battery life of this tablet is actually very good. It should last around eight hours (roughly a couple of days of normal use) for standard tasks, such as web browsing and email, while video will reduce the battery life to around five hours.

Which is about half the competition, and why I linked it.

£334, eBay seller 'Digigood'. Very good feedback. Authorised Apple refurbs.

Gray imports, don't look too good to me

Good price if you have to have one now!
Apple have confirmed an announcement on March 2nd that may include details of iPad 2 and MacBook Pros (SSD boot disks and Thunderbolt/Lightpeak - very exciting). Likely to be oversubscription and delays so they may take a couple of months to make it in numbers to the UK.
Seriously, Flash drive boot disk and Intel Lightpeak (Thunderbolt) - well done Apple, innovating again for PC laptop manufacturers to follow...
