Contract is for 24 months, so works out £612 over the term, or for £2 more a month you can get 2gb data.

Sorry but you did ask. I signed up for a 30 day deal and cancelled when I got the sim (wanting to only use for 1 month). I phone your cs (very nice and polite) who said no problem. Unfortunately you never stopped charging me each month for 4 months (each time I'd call get a refund and then it would happen again) Then I cancelled the dd and you kept sending late payment emails and adversely affected my credit score and even passed on the "debt" to a collections company. After a few tweets you did eventually remove the bad credit ratings.
Its a shame as the network is decent and the cs seems very nice but I don't ever want to go through that hassle again
