These cheap deals have started far earlier than usual in this cycle. Presumably stocks are not shifting due to the virtually non-existent hardware improvements from the 6s?!

a very serious warning! there are actually 2 versions of the same phone, one with qualcomm chips and ones with intel chip - intel versions known to be 50-75% Worse performing than qualcomm

The 7 only costs 36 dollars more than an 6s to make, not enough improvement in it for many to make the upgrade I think.

Can these be used on other network? I know it states O2 but if it's sealed does it not lock onto the first network?

I guess they could potentially be unlocked as they are sealed.

Me too, funnily enough I get a 4G signal in far more places than my old iPhone 6. Speed is better too.

As I stated in the other thread I bought an O2 6S 128gb from here 'brand new' a few months ago at a massive saving. Activated it in iTunes, warranty started from that day plus it factory unlocked itself as an added bonus!

£499, quite the saving over the list at the time of £699.

Good price but best to wait for the 10th anniversary of the iphone next year.
#25
Good prices if they had them in stock. Remember Apple are about to increase all their prices by 20%.
#26
Out of Stock now
#27
They have already upped the prices for the iPhone in the U.K., they have just upped the prices of the MacBooks
iPhone 6s came out at £539
iPhone 7 came out at £599

Weak sterling sure is rubbish

Not surprised for at least 32gb, way too small these days now for the iPhone.

It's all overpriced crap anyway that bloats Apple's fat profit margins even more.

Over £300 of that £519 you pay is pure profit to Apple.

That's the bill of materials. There's R&D, advertising etc to factor in. No company has profit margins that fat, not even Apple.

Then add in cost of staffing, distribution, tax, r&d, store maintenance.

That doesn't come to another £450 per phone though X)

As for R&D, what R&D? iPhone 7 is basically an iPhone 6 with a missing headphone jack!

Heaven forbid a company should be in business to make money. People are free not to buy their products.

Still searching for a reason behind offers for iPhone 7 across several online retailers over the past few weeks.....is it a sign that iPhone 7 isn't selling well compared to iPhone 7 plus and/or people aren't interested in iPhone 7 since it is same as iPhone 6s in terms of ram etc. hot deal for the people who are interested however i would personally go for plus as recommended by several youtube reviewers.
#38
I might be tempted at half this price, cold all day long at £500+. Your better off buying shares in Apple and not the iPhone, there will always be millions of sheep on this planet to keep the share going up.

The pound situation is rubbish...and is going to get worse. Believing that it could remain stable or improve is like waiting for Santa. Probably, next year's iPhone will be amazing but if you consider that OLED display are more expensive and that the entire iPhone will be more expensive, prices could start from 750£ for the cheapest model, while the most powerful one will cost as a gaming laptop. After all, 'Brexit means Brexit'
