Where's the deal here. How much money are we saving?

The deal is 900 notes for another toy we don't need.

But at least Apple got one thing right: once you go black, you never go back .. 8)

Are you having a laugh nearly £1000 for a phone that will be out of date in 12 months or less, my missis bought the ipad pro 12 inch version on launch and that wasnt near this price. Apple will be the ones to break the £1000 barrier for a mobile but this needs to be at least £400 cheaper 256gb or not.

Cold

It's already over €1k. I wonder if the 6S will outsell it.

damit, 7+ in usa is priced for $769 thats like £560 for. just under a grand for same phone in uk. Madness.... this is Apple #300 :)
#27
But it's worth it for the innovative "jet black" surely?
#28
Not had an iPhone for about 5 years now so I might get this.

Agreed, and how they described themselves as having 'courage to get rid of an ancient port' made my skin crawl. The reason it hasn't changed for decades is that it works perfectly, and everyone (bar apple and the moto z) uses the same standard!

Apple copied
1. finger print scanner from Motorola Atrix
2. water proofing from Samsung
3. dual camera from Huawei and LG.
and they say ear pods look cool with up to 5 hours of music..... if you think that reduces the junk..... hang on they want to sell you another portable charging station to charge ear pods that is a separate accessory to carry..... where is the innovation?
samsung notes S pen works without a battery.... that's an innovation.

Had every iPhone and some android phones too, think it's time to go back to android haha, personally I think they're going backwards from the 6s!

Samsung seem to nearly be taking the P nowadays as much as Apple, but I guess they have now given you the option of the SD card back now with the S7.

I'm going to run my S5 into the ground and then will probably be looking at something like a Huawei or maybe even a Nexus when I can get a decent deal.

They even copied the moto z with removing the headphone port! And they officially suggest to buy a case for new black colour as it scratches

Apple says: You can charge the phone while listen music on stereo speaker which is a new innovation.

Actually, you will find the 7s plus 256gb is $970
That is around £780
Add on 20% Vat & its £876

So still more expensive in the UK, but nowhere near the prices you give.
