Good price and heat added, but having recently bought Anker 6ft will be buying them in future. Anker cable seems much more rugged and 6 ft length is really useful. Won't be going back to Apple cables or any 3 ft cables.

4.0 out of 5 for review average. I would say that is a "good" in terms of reviews.

These are not MFi (Apple certified) certified which makes a lot of difference. Non MFi cables can be bought for far less. Buy the Anker ones or other brands which are slightly more costly but are certified cables.

I listed one on here that had review of around 4.9 and apple certified. Still got voted cold. You wasting your time arguing pal. I sense a cold front coming on...

Amazon Basics MFi braided cables are good value and quite robust.

Best ones I've seen so far are the rampow ones on amazon at the moment with good strong braided cable for £6.99 with free delivery. There MFI & come with a lifetime warranty too! If it packs up just send it back and get a free replacement! Very impressed with the quality

Rumours are Apple shifting to USB c in the next generation iPhones and iPads after. Lightning might be obsolete in few months

I think the rumours moved more towards them replacing the USB-A end of the cable with USB-C, with the lightning end remaining the same.

That's even more annoying . Hopefully they replace lightning with usb c and keep the standard USB to connect to pc
