Please try to remember to put a price and retailer name in the thread title - it makes things easier to find when people want to do a search, or don't want to open a thread and just browse titles. :)

This deal with bigpockets is a refurb and not brand new!!! Its a grade A but refurb nonetheless.
my mistake, I thought Grade A meant new. I thought grade B meant refurb or other such shenanigans. Sorry all!
The big pockets site is just horrible!
