Probably store specific but It's a tip off - use your common sense!

What would happen to HUKD if OPs had to check every ASDA store before they could post a deal?

OP has got theirs. If you want one you may just have to do a little bit of work for it.

Nothing wrong with store specific deals, I've picked up a £150 camera for £30 and loads of console games for virtually nothing. You win some you lose some.

Just rang the store.

The price is correct and they have plenty in stock.

Just reserved 2 and will be collecting them this morning.

I'll post a copy of the receipt if know one else has when I've bought 'em!

I'd love one of these at this price, but no asda close to me. I won't be able to make it to one until sunday at the earliest. I hope there some stock left then.

I just called and reserved 1 the assistant tells me they have loads left, this should not be expired.

checked the local asda home living in belfast, guy instore knew nothing of any deal, and price behind the counter was still £115. MUST be store specific.....

Hi I just rang my local Asda Living Store in Lincoln and they say they have never sold at that price and can't imagine they would sell. Perhaps its only certain stores?

I have tried 2 local ones in London (Colindale and Park Royal) and both are out of stock of the orange one.
#15
Rang DURHAM, they scanned it at £115, said they werent aware of any reduction.

CORRECTION - i rang Teesside and they said it was national and rang Durham back and he had commented on the 5th gen ipod - so does look like the offer is to clear stores of the 4th gen model (slightly smaller screen, no camera).

None at Durham though -

If someone local is going to Teesside get me one please !

Rang the asda living store in tottenham north London, they do not have it on sale and the price is £115.
#17
great price if you can get it, heat added
#18
Really hope that the Milton Keynes store has some of these in stock. Have to wait until after work to find out.

Just nipped into the Teesside Park branch, can confirm price but now sold out :-(

We bought three of these 4G iPods for our kids at Xmas (2 x orange and 1 x silver) for £79 from Toys R Us. If you're not bothered about the FM tuner or the low spec VGA camera then I actually think the 4G ones are better. The screen might be smaller BUT because it's smaller it gives you just about the right amout of space to hold the device around where the buttons are located whereas on the new 5G model the screen comes further down and imo there's not enough space to hold it without getting your hands all over the screen.

The other difference is the 4G model has a matt finish whereas the 5G has a glossy finish.

Collected my 2 from Asda Living Teeside Park. - £50 each!

The assistant who sold me them all now gone, as of 11.10hrs. Said they had had them for weeks and they've only sold them when they were advertised at the front of the store!

HEAT & REP TO OP!

Called Milton Keynes - They said they don't stock the Orange one and don't have anything on sale at £50. :(

I tried Lemongton and Stratford adds living. No joy on either.

If some kind sole were willing to pick one up for me I would more than willingly pay cost, plus postage plus a little something for their troubles.
