Angry Bear,

I ordered one of these also and recieved it a couple of days ago. i'm just wondering if you have had any issues with it?

I bought one as a backup battery as i was fedup with the battery dying on my iphone before i got home from work, so when i first got it i charged it up, it took a little while so i thought this was fine it needed a full charge.
I took it of charge when the lights had gone out, press the button on the front and if flash all four lights, so i assumed it meant it was fully charged.

So on my way home battery was running low got out my ipower backup battery plugged it in.......Dead, press the button on the front to turn it on and it just flased on the 1 light as though the battery was dead.

So i decided to change the way of using it, i charged it up over night again, and showed as fully charged in the morning, plugged in my iphone and the charge icon came up on the phone...Hoooray.....But then fail, ten minutes later check my phone and the charge icon had gone, pressed the button on the front of ipower....1 single flashing light, Dead already.

SO was just wondering if you or anyother HUKDealers have had this issue?

Cheers

yes, me too. Is it faulty

I can only assume so, i tried different ways of using it and the best i have had out of it is 10mins charge. not very good really, wonder if 7dayshop have had any complaints or returns yet.

If anyone is having trouble please let us know be good to know if its the majority of us or not
#14
I'm going to return it back and get my refund, how about you ?

***UPDATE***
After charging you have to press the button on the front of brick down for 5 seconds or so to make it charge. DOH! Suppose thats in the manual somewhere.
