Our single origin beef mince is made exclusively from the forequarter of our grass-fed Irish cattle.

With a minimum of 90% visual fat content, it's ideal for athletes and people watching their weight.

Because the cattle are grass fed not grain fed this mince contains less total fat, meaning that gram for gram, grass-fed beef contains fewer calories.

It also contains a higher proportion of stearic acid, as well as an average of 2 to 3 times more CLA!

Our British butchers take just as much care preparing your mince as they do your steaks. The beef is matured for seven days so that even though it's grass fed - it's still juicy and full of flavour.

Packed full of protein (27g per 100g) and with just 4g of Sat Fat per serving it's perfect for a healthy post workout meal.

FYI: Generic "beef mince" can include bones, cartilages, blood vessels, glands and backstrap gristle. We know you don't want that any of that, so it's pure beef mince all the way at Muscle Food!

Chuck two of these hampers on for a fiver each:

2 x 6-7oz British Hache Steaks
454g Meaty Pork British Sausages
2 x 125g Chicken Breasts
4 x 100g Chicken Drumstick
http://www.musclefood.com/summer-meat-hamper.html/

Your total will now be £70.78 before discounts but £19.90 with. Find £5.10 worth of other stuff and you get it delivered free, I added the venison steaks and the lot comes to £25.40 delivered.

£25 minimum spend means you have to spend another £15 to get the deal, i'm guessing everything else is more expensive on the site?
#2
90% visual fat content - shouldn't it be 5 or 10 or 20% fat??

also I would be very careful with the claims they are making as % of anything depends on each individual animal etc.

but 99p is very cheap for a pack of mince.

So these packs only contain 10% meat then. So more or less pure fat, no wonder it is so cheap
#4
cant find them for 99p each , coming up £3.50 for me

haha 99p for grass fed beef mince and its cold. Its a very good deal if you actually buy other products from Muslce Food like their chicken or protein.

Its 10% fat (4% saturated fat) as per the nutritional break down. Not sure what 90% visual fat content means - sounds mis-leading but in the wrong way.

Not really. The meat from this site is very high quality and cheaper than the equivalent at a supermarket. No added water in their chicken.

I guess its not a Chicago Town triple cheese so its voted cold.

Great deal, I ordered this last time and it was the best mince I've ever had.

The meat actually contains one third of the fat of standard minced beef.
That makes it healthy & good quality.
This is a great deal.

I can only have extra lean which is less than 5% fat. Is this defiantly 10%. Thanks

Would have been even better if the other £5 meat hamper was in stock and could have had one of those along with two of the summer hampers :(

Hot deal, bought 10 packs twice previously, so won't be ordering any this time as still got half a freezer full ;)

@aoqy23, I don't see it as a gender thing, males and females are equally responsible for their diet and equally capable of cooking.

This mince is one of those bargains that is so good I have to see it with my own eyes to believe it!

A bit of fat is important in beef, and 5, 10 or 20 percent you are still going to control how much fat is left by the way you cook it. You can easily drain off the fat, which means higher fat content leaves you with less pure beef, but not necessarily less healthy. The best beef is the stuff that has the least gristle and connective tissue. Tesco take not please.

Got to try and get this deal and stuff my freezer, thanks, HEAT.

Thats a matter of opinion.
I think its more down to fast food & the British modern female being incapable of preperation of real food.
Its a sad state when fatties give themseves diabetes due to being incapable of cooking real food.

A bit sexiest, isn't it!?! Or do you think we live in the 50s were women are stuck at home cooking and cleaning!?!?! oO

Btw, there is a spell check on this site, USE IT!!! :p

A member of the spelling police are you?
Its not sexist to state fact.
It's a fact that a massive majority of girls who leave school are unable to cook. It's a shame women didnt stay at home but instead chose to become men. They have mastered the dockers size & stance but thats about it.
Modern women cant cook in the UK. Thats why the majority rely upon pre packaged & take away meals. Thats why there are so many fat people in the UK. So weak they even give themselves diabetes rather than eat healthy good food.

In my experience they can still cook better than most men though. Mind you I prefer to cook for myself, that way I get exactly what I want.

Thanks for the tip and thanks to OP for the original deal. I've not tried ordering meat online before, but I'll try anything once and the customer testimonials are positive. Heat from me :)

That's correct, but you need to order 7 x mince for minimum order value of £31.93. I think you've ordered 10 packs of mince - and why not at 99p!

I'd personally go for a midweek delivery so it's as cold as possible. Monday delivery would be a no-no IMO.
#30
I had 10 packs of the mince at 99p each, plus two summer hampers (when they were in stock earlier) at £5 each. I then added a 1kg pack of chicken thigh to push it over £25 and I got free delivery (I think because the order would have been over £75 before discounts, which gives free delivery). Great deal!!!

The removed the hampers from my basket, rang them up to complain, terrible customer service.

no, had to add £4 more to basket to make it up to £25, ended up cancelling as they didn't have anything that compared anywhere near to what the hampers gave for £5

My order is still intact and remains scheduled for delivery on Friday. Fingers crossed X

I re-ordered the mince a few days later, I had to get the pre-discounted price to £75 for free delivery, £25 was just the minimum order price.

Problem with the company at the present moment is that they've decided to change the size of the hamper on people's basket if you ordered.

Mine arrived to today, saying it dispatched 2x hampers, but it has the contents of 1 Hamper originally.

Also, the food wasn't fresh and all expired in 3 days. wasn't cold either...
