I've been after this for a while and had only seen it for £17.99 online and around £21 in stores. I wandered into Zavvi at the weekend to look at their 20% off sale and found this for £17.99. With the 20% off at the checkout it came down to £14.39! First and only bargain I've had from Zavvi so far!

The best blu ray disc around, from a technical perspective, according to Tech Radar:

"One of the year's most eagerly-awaited Blu-ray discs is also one of the most convincing reasons we've yet encountered to buy into the format. The hi-def 2.40:1 picture brings to life the gorgeous visual effects, with the CG suit seamlessly integrated into the location footage. And then there's the movie's lossless Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio, which is titanic, offering sensational clarity and imaging positioning with manifold LFE. Sadly, there's no commentary (not even a Picture-in-Picture track), but any disappointment is quickly pushed aside by the weight of extras lurking on this two-disc set. These include numerous documentaries/featurettes about the making of the film and Iron Man's comic book origins, plus BD-Live functionality."

Not in itself a reason to buy it, unless you want a reference disc. Film was good without being brilliant imho.

...I agree with the previous poster, it's gotta be under £10 before it's a hot deal...BluRay discs are still far too expensive, I expect them to drop very soon...or the whole format could die on it's ****!!

...don't they know there's a recession!!!
