  They work with both, but you need to put the iPhone into Airplane mode to get it to work

  Are you saying the iPhone doesn't have FM radio already? If so that's pretty bad. My Sony Ericsson and my previous SE both have it already built in.
  
  BTW Will this thing work with a bog standard i pod Shuffle?

  our asda had them in stock for about £15 , and they where not the itrips just griffin mp3 transmitter generic one
