You people are insane. Every time I read a post for Jack Daniels I weep.

Fanboys, just wake up.

Heh tell me about it!

Morrisons, Tescos, Sainsbury's all do their own bourbon now.

Tastes exactly the same too!

i wouldnt say it tastes exactly the same, ive tried clarkes from aldi and old samuel from tesco both are a nice bourbon but neither is as nice as jack daniels in my opinion, if there is a deal like this on i will always buy jd but if cash is short i will opt for a cheaper option and sacrifice a bit of taste :)

Jack is very over priced but it is a lovely Whiskey for sure.

makes me laugh when people call Jack a bourbon and try and liken it to other cheaper alternatives. It's a tennessee sour mash and nothing like real bourbon.
Great deal for the Jack drinker anyway, just got an emergency bottle to hide in case i run out!!

I prefer Winnie Daniels, distilled by my great aunt Winifred in her scullery.
'Good maths' lol :)

did u know jack daniels died from gangrene which was a result from him kicking his safe because he couldnt remember the combination lol

The way Jack Daniel's market their drink as a "Sour Mash" sipping whiskey is a joke and a poor attempt to differentiate themselves from other bourbons. I am a JD fan - but lets call a spade a spade.

Apparently the 1litre bottles are going down to either £10 or £12 in the next few days in sains. I believe Asda already have theirs at £10

Thanks! I bought two of these. They were £9 a bottle on my flight to Turkey a few weeks ago, so this is a good price :)

Just got back from Beeston. Loads left, mainly because they had 20cl bottles for £3, on special offer while stocks last. Cleared them out of that (3bottles) and bought a 50cl bottle aswell. Worth a check at your local for the 20cl bottles, unless your local is Beeston...

Was going to post this. However the seach engine actually came up with it! I nearly fell over. Picked up a bottle this evening. Good price.

Yea i second that... asked if there were anymore 20cl bottles stored in the back at Beeston store, but it was all to no avail :(.
