Hi
Thanks for posting. I have added an image to your post.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/339941/how-to-post-and-host-images-for-thr/

Will have to see, only got "locals" near me

The nearest main store is in Stockton I think (5.78 miles) let's hope there's some on Saturday (I'll take Dad's Taxi:p)

There were about 10 sets left in the one I went to and no-one seemed interested! They were at the end of an aisle with other discounted boxsets
#13
They had these in my local tesco extra a couple of months ago. Only a couple sets at the time, but no one looked too interested in them.

The RRP is over-inflated. Remember seeing the same thing at TheBookPeople for £10 round the same time as well.
#14
I bought this yesterday. What a bargain! HOT!
#15
Great bargain, bought these for about £12 from the book people last year. I thought that was a bargain.
#16
Recommend these, much better than the films. Bought all my copies years ago in secondhand book shops with cover prices like 1 shilling! Seem to recall one cover had bullet holes in it!!

For a fiver?

The books are superb, really good if you like Bond. The only bad thing is they make the films seem poor :(

I'm not a big reader but still find these hard to put down. Hot hot hot - bargain.
#19
what a bargain , hope my store has this. hot hot hot !!!!!!!!!!
#20
excellent price. heat added

I'm well chuffed £5 to have a box set of ian fleming books, I don't feel this guy is the best writer but his books are good, if only a little too short..

I've been after these for the last couple of years, been buying second hand for £2-3 each and read 3 or 4
I was runner up on ebay for a second hand boxset (exactly the same) i bid about £28 the week before xmas, glad i didn't win :0)

HOT HOT HOT women on the front covers too

if you like these check out the (jason) bourne books by robert ludlum a far superior writer in my eyes, once again far better than the books

cheapest on play (£59.99) £74.99 NEW and amazon was £72.49
soon to come down no doubt

Batley now has one less thanks moon unit

Superb bargain.

Think they are the same editions as the ones that The Times were giving away last year (one copy per day with a purchase of The Times at WH Smiths but only ran for a week so you got 6 of the 14).

Far better to get 14 in one go for a fiver !

"Octopussy" comes with "The Living Daylights" as they are both short stories.

i nearly bought the lot from batley still another 10 in stock

looks a bargain
#34
Great find at a superb price. Nothing like the movies but excellent fiction of the era.
#35
word of warning these copies carry no barcodes and are shiny cheap looking covers and are not as good looking as the matt covers
#36
Personally I find it almost impossible to enjoy books with no barcodes, and find it a bit of an insult to Flemming not to include them on his books. Also, how is anyone to accurately judge a book by it's cover if it is shiny?

I like my books to look neat and tidy on the bookshelf, so usually I will buy two copies of each book; one sits on the shelf looking immaculate, and the other is neatly disposed of after having been read as the spine goes all creased lookin - ew!

I called Tesco's freephone number 0800 505555 to see if this is in stock near me, but had no joy. It has never been in stock at any of my local Tescos apparently.
#37
There were a few in Tescos in Chorley on Wednesday. Tesco Seacroft (Leeds) had some last week but none left this morning. Great price.
#38
Can anybody let me know if they have seen these in the south east/kent/london area??

I have rang customer services and they were pretty useless, I have also checked the orpington, elmers end, sidcup shops but no luck.

I have been looking for one of these for a while.

Cheers in advance.

I usually buy the one but not open it too far when reading it (makes it harder to read though) then when finished put it back on the shelf, still looking good.

I am the proud owner of the full collection of Tess Gerritsen's Crime novels BTW:thumbsup:
