Still looking for the Blu-ray sets to be this side of "reasonable".

But good find, well done.

I think Asda has these in-store before Christmas for just under £100.

lol cheers ODB, I agree with delivery being free, quidco, and possible further 5% its a good deal, maybe not to all tastes but a deal all the same. But if cheaper in asda may suite some people:)

probably because its never going to be a complete set and the fact they re-re-re-re-release this every year.

thats not the point now is it...atm its the best deal in the market online...and when the latest bond movie is released the price will probably surge back up to the +100 mark so why vote cold...for those looking to buy now this is a hot deal and great saving

i'm not doubting that its the best price for it now, but who would want to pay £100 now for a boxset that this time next year will prob be the same price with QoS included.

lol this is a pointless argument...for those who want to buy now...its a good deal you cannot dissagree...but you are correct if someone wants QoS in addition to this boxset somepoint later this year and pay more(which they will have to at first) then they should wait...the whole point of the post is to highlight this deal for others for as it stands its the best around online.

yeah exactly....

so buy it next year

then CRY the year after cause this one doesnt include the new bond film 'Chocolate of Orange' or whatever...

sorry but your arguement is severely flawed here....this is the best price at the mo and the other film isnt out yet...could say that on millions of items

voted hot for being a great price for all 21 movies, better than bogof deal

It could be argued that this set has never been a complete set as it does not contain "Never Say Never Again". For some reason this film is not considered an 'official' Bond film but I would disagree.

When does 'Chocolate of Orange' come out?

Synopsis:
After a great loss of shareholders and trade due to the credit crunch and the boost in Cadburys sales; Terry - the leader of an international crime organisation, and the famous chocolate company, starts terrorising the world with chocolate bombs. Only one guy can get us out of this sticky situation. Etc etc… :)

"Never Say Never Again" was a remake of "Thunderball" but was not an EON Production (although it is now owned, like the rest of the series in the set, by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the parent Company of United Artists).

It was also the first Bond movie to use a title not originated by Ian Fleming, although the plot was written & based upon contributions from Fleming as well as Kevin McClory & Jack Whittingham.

Only notable aspects to this movie... Steven Seagal was an uncredited martial arts instructor & Rowan Atkinson played the character, Nigel Small-Fawcett, that later fed into his "Johnny English" movie.

...Equally, the original "Casino Royale" isn't included in this set.

Does that mean we'll see another appearance of the villain from "Live & Let Die"; "Whisper"?

(If the timeline is followed, then he's still alive!)

And the original actor has got a great name to cheer up proceedings in the Nestlé Credit Crunch...

Earl Jolly Brown

:)

Hmm, If I was anyone considering buying this, I'd wait for QoS to hit the shelves, this 'old' boxset will drop madly in price. I bought the same set which were all remastered special 2 disc version including Casino Royale for my mum's birthday, fairly sure it was 74.99 + 8% quico from HMV. Came to about 67 odd quid.. and this was last august, they've gone up because of the new movies, be prob 50 within 6 months when the new boxset is out. I couldn't beat £67 though so I bought it as it was a cracking price.

Yes, maybe YOU should read MY thread, friend??? I just told you I bought the same boxset back in August for £67 after quidco, so what are you on about waiting? I was informing folk this boxset was significantly cheaper last August, therefore they should wait because it will be the same if not cheaper very soon. Thanks for the heads-up though, unlike you I actually read what a person posts, rather than read the first sentence then make myself look silly. :whistling:

lol I read your post within this thread and I was saying that if you had read earlier posts someone had already said something very similar....please refer to page 1...as for what you are saying I totally agree...it possibly will be cheaper some time in the future...but the whole point of this site is to higlight the cheapest price at the moment....that is what I did...at the moment its significantly cheaper @ play then anywhere else hence its a Hot Deal at the moment....now this may change...and possibly this deal will expire.....but please understand the point of this site....if it can be brought for £67 now...then post a new deal thread and I'll expire this one.... cheer up son at least you got one for £67 you should have posted it for everyone to share

Forgot to add this is my last post on this deal....Hope it helps some people all the same.....
