Quantum Of Solace continues the high octane adventures of James Bond (Daniel Craig) in Casino Royale.

Betrayed by Vesper, the woman he loved, 007 fights the urge to make his latest mission personal. Pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, Bond and M (Judi Dench) interrogate Mr White (Jesper Christensen) who reveals the organisation which blackmailed Vesper is far more complex and dangerous than anyone had imagined.

Forensic intelligence links an Mi6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille (Olga Kurylenko), a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a ruthless business man and major force within the mysterious organisation.

On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world's most important natural resources, is forging a deal with the exiled General Medrano (Joaquin Cosio). Using his associates in the organisation, and manipulating his powerful contacts within the CIA and the British government, Greene promises to overthrow the existing regime in a Latin American country, giving the General control of the country in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of land.

In a minefield of treachery, murder and deceit, Bond allies with old friends in a battle to uncover the truth. As he gets closer to finding the man responsible for the betrayal of Vesper, 007 must keep one step ahead of the CIA, the terrorists and even M, to unravel Greene's sinister plan and stop his organisation.

I saw this at the cinema and loved it! I'm not sure what people's problem with it is. It's exactly what people were saying about Casino Royale when it came out, have to wait til the next one, whenever that'll be, for this one to be appreciated ;)

totally agree - Bond has been modernised; I would say due to the success of the Bourne Trilogy as the cheesy factor wasn't working for Bond in the last few films with Pierce Brosnan.

I loved Quantum of Solace and felt it portrayed his feelings prefectly considering it picks up literally where the last film leaves off. Casino Royale i think overall was a better film, but you got to give the directors etc some credit for trying something new with the Bond franchise.

Unfortunately with the debt of MGM filming for the 23rd Bond has been put on hold "indefinitely"

Good price but it's a crap movie.
World Poker Championship 2010....erm i mean Casino Royale, was better but still i prefer the real Bond movies, with all the action and stuff.

The Quantum of Slowness, this is really bad bad bad bad bad bad bad film, the action shots are cut too short and they taken from different angles which makes it more confusing...Characters come in and die for no reason , before you reply with blah blah , ive seen on cinema (waste of money), and then saw it 2 twice on DVD (just make sure I wasnt going bad). Voting hot on price, if you loved Casino Royale dont see this, this how bad the film is their is an action seen with a Ford Fiesta...huh !? wheres the sports cars....just product placement in your face...

Watched this in the cinema and was really disappointed, it was just an overall poor film. I enjoyed Casino Royale mind, it seemed slower and more interesting while Quantun of Solace was seemingly more action packed with little dialogue and also less interesting.

Okay for £2.99 but I think I'll pass.
