14 according to HMV, Amazon, and Base. Source - but I do wish companies would post the important info on their websites eg what it is you are buying. Just lazy to not do so and annoys me. I'd contact Priceminister and ask them when they are sending the other 7 discs

My Moore, Connery and Brosnan boxsets each had double-disc editions of each film. I got mine from Asda Entertainment's website.
#5
I think you should check The Hut again it does actually say on your link,Number of discs 7.

Amazon and HMV do the same at times; I think they just count the number of disc packages or sub-titles without looking inside. So I bet that they'll be double-disc editions.

Of course, in this case, den169 reports that the version they got from Priceminister was only single-disc editions. Perhaps there's other versions floating around, or they're counterfeit, or someone stripped the double-disc editions and replaced them with single-disc editions. Priceminister's prices were about 2/3 the price I paid from Asda.

that should keep them in curry for a while

Hut's website lists the special features of these sets as those only available on the two disc editions so unless they somehow compressed it all to fit on the one disc with the film then there are grounds for returning them if they are wrong.
