Do you need to print up a voucher then?

Just out of interest, if you are a Derby County season ticket holder and Derby win a league game, then you can get 25% (I think) off your meal during the following week, by showing your season ticket card.

I suppose it is each to its own- however I have been to a variety of these branches over the last year and a quarter and I am always amazed by the variety on offer. Whilst the poster says service is Lax I have never found that to be the way and waiter are forever clearing up plates from the tables.

As for the food hygiene I have not seen any evidence to question this is poor- however I cannot say the same for other chains which other consumers rave about. Each to their own. I would definitely go again even at the normal rate of £10 a head for unlimited food. By the way I recommend the Watford branch.

The one in Luton is worth avoiding, spend your pennies elsewhere.

Poor selection, poor quality, the only plus side is they sell giant bottles of beer :D

Its a buffet - what service do you want in a serve-yourself restaurant ?

Food, yes getting worse at Wimbledon branch recently.

You don't get prosecuted for food hygiene offences easily - it must have been filthy.

Some of the people who complain about the hygiene are the same ones who will eat at a pub or a sandwich shop who have zero stars on their scores on their doors. How does one know that in a 5* restaurant the waiter or chef hasn't picked his nose before cooking or serving your food ? It's all relative and to generalise about one particular chain is nonsense !

I dread to imagine - you also don't often see £10,000 fines being issued.

10k fine is very uncommon - I've seen colleagues of mine work on cases for months and they get a small fiscal fine at the end. They need to send more to prison.

Did anyone see that programme where Pizza Hut had mouse droppings in their pizza trays ? Same programme had rotten chicken cleaned and bleached and sold in supermarkets. The inspector said he became vegetarian after this. I travel to 3rd world a lot, and as long as the food is piping hot, it's fine. You can get ill anywhere even 5 star hotel. There is no guarantee of hygiene anywhere. I also had a Chinese friend who never complained in a restaurant, because when he worked in one he knew what they did if someone sent food back !

You don't need to print the voucher - I've been twice without printing anything, they apply the discount automatically.
