  These do not work well, they are rubbish.. Paid about £15 off the shopping channel couple of years back, load of crap- totally useless!

  Not sure if there's different versions which work in different ways but mine works well, used on jumpers etc. and makes them look much better although it can be a little bit time consuming.

  These things will take off reasonably large bobbles off reasonably quickly-after that I've had much better results using a wet-shave razor that the gummy strip has worn down on. Just shave the fabric with the dry razor.

  joy of joy! I used to work for a huge catalogue company, and this was one of the offers that alway popped up on screen at the end of the call, which I had t try and push the customer into buying. I always got the giggles trying to describe what it was, but wasn't willing to pay £12 plus postage to try one myself. Heat added for making me smile :-)
