Tasty popcorn with interesting flavours.

Had two trays full of packs in my local Aldi today with the two flavours... might be more in other stores?

*** Tried the Trio of Chocolate pack and I think it's the same as the limited edition they released over Easter ***

Take 10p worth of popcorn. Put in tiny bag. Attach some card to create the illusion of handmade. Pop 'gourmet' in title. Voila, charge whatever you like and sit back whilst everyone who buys it defends (lies about) with comments such as 'it costs more but it's so much nicer' and 'worth the extra in my opinion'

Oh and "the popcorn is amazing!!!!"

I feel as though the popcorn tastes stale whenever I have it and I'm disappointed, particularly given the high price charged.
I have it in place of popcorn at the cinema but compared to freshly popped it's no good.
Sorry to be a killjoy.

haha sorry it's Aldi - can a mod change this please?

I'm not sure I follow why you're moaning about the price and voting cold - do you know where I can get the same thing cheaper? :)

Some people actually like this popcorn and would view this as a deal (as it is the cheapest it can be bought at the moment). Thus is the point of posting a deal.

This was on TV the other day and they were "handmaking" certain points of the production like the coating of the popcorn. Unless of course that was just for the cameras...

Just because something is the cheapest it can be bought for doesn't automatically make it a deal.
If i posted knitting needle weekly magazine £5.99 at Nisa I wouldn't expect heat by your logic because it can't be found cheaper.
I would however expect people to judge wether they thought the price was excessive regardless.

Somebody's jealous they didn't cash in on the idea first! ;) Just go eat some cheaper popcorn if that's what you like and let others eat their overpriced yet delicious popcorn if that's what they like! People like different things at the end of the day and there's really no need to get your knickers in a twist about it.

Also, thanks OP! I love this stuff X)

I think it's the op getting their nickers twisted. Defending like I said. :-)
Right, I'm off to buy some 'Debbie & Andrew sausages. Twice the price but with a bit of cardboard and a personal name so that makes them 'delicious'
