  that oil is not very good quality, much healthier to get it in brine and add your own proper oil, eg olive

  Sunflower oil is a crap oil. Better than some fats (saturated; solid at room temp), but too high in omega 6. The western diet is too high in 6, and too little in omega 3.
  
  You are much better drizzling a quality oil on your tuna/tuna salad. I use Udo's choice oil blend - Omega (3,6,9). Make sure wherever you get it from knows how to store it (refridgerated) so chances are DON'T buy it from Holland and Barrett!!!
