this is actually a good read for holiday or the bog. Its amusing and for people older than 30 it'll jog your nostalgia.

Bought this for a tennner last Xmas and still havent read it LOL! A total bargain!!!!!
#5
Still vastly overpriced

a decent read, i keep my copy in the down stairs toilet so i can have my 'man time', 15 minutes of solitude with no woman or kids hassling me.

i got mine for £3.99 from tesco about 3 months ago.

great price, and for those who still think it overpriced, it may not be your cup of tea anyway, there are no pictures.

Is this just a book about him making ****-ish comments and getting away with it?
#8
Paid a tenner for a signed copy from play last year.Probably worth 50p now
#9
I really wish the BBC had fired him last year.
#10
Should be called "Why do people buy these things?"
#11

#12

Me.

He's not perfect, he can be annoying, but he produces one of the better shows on the BBC.

HOT!

Here.

Most of the people who complained about him probably didn't even listen to the recording.

Have a listen...It's funny.

Andrew Sachs is laughing all the way to the bank.

He even thanked Jonathon and Russell for the increased publicity he got.

He should have just answered the phone call at the time that he was scheduled to in the show.

Ross is a two-faced sycophant, who ***** entertainers off on one programme (usually Film 2009), then sucks up to them when they're on his chat show. Sorry, wouldn't give this shelf-space.
#20
seems like theres many ross haters about but if you dont mind him its probably not a bad read and a 99p seemed hot to me
#21
A hugely over-rated 'talent' but this is a good bargain.
#22

#23

Well said. I love the way all those Daily Mail reading morons complained without even hearing the recording!!

Simpletons.

I hate this vile little man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:x

I have disliked him long before he dissrespected Andrew Sachs grandaughter. But whats more annoying is the amount of TV licence money I pay for what the BBC describe as talent.

Please don't tell me the % of my licence he gets because any amount of it would be way too much. He's what my dad used to call a gob*****.
#27
Thanks for reminding me I have been meaning to get this, no home bargains round my way so got one from ebay for £2.45 instead.

I think you may find Voluptua, sorry his granddaughter, had done that herself long before Ross and Brand thought about the prank. http://www.myspace.com/voluptua or http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/showbiz/307300/Russell-Brands-Sachs-gate-girl-Georgina-Baillie-in-new-photos-Grandaughter-of-Fawlty-Towers-legend-Andrew-Sachs-topless.html

Don't particularly like him but Andrews Sachs didn't seem to mind the 'set up' so who's bothered? It's still a good deal though for those who want to read it.

Ladies and gentlemen, a lot of Daily Mail readers in tonight?

I liked JR in his early days when he championed elusive, weird and censored films (The Incredibly Strange film show etc.) and comedians like Vic Reeves. This was in the days of the 90's when just trying to see a cheesy Italian zombie film in the UK could literally land you in jail.

I find his chat shows quite boring and pointless and the fact he is paid such absurd amounts is down to the BBC, not Ross.

Curious about the book, so might check it out for £1

Just bought ten copies - will take 9 of them back to various W H Smiths & Waterstones as unwanted Christmas gifts (no receipt - just exchange)

Don't they call that fraud?!

overpaid with our license fees and loves making nasty phone calls.....

BBC should get rid and get someone more mature who knows how to behave when infront of millions of paying customers....
