These cereals are high in sugar if you want a breakfast that is suitable for a diet, try porridge, you'll also be fuller for longer than with these sugar laden cereals!. Its then up to you what you add in, apples, nuts, etc.

Depends if you have more than one spoonful per morning.

Seriously though, as said above they are pretty high in sugar, but if you keep an eye on your calories and don't have a massive trough of it every morning you can still lose weight.

Personally, the thought of porridge or similar every morning would probably have me give up breakfast altogether.
