I paid £32 for these for my mum's Christmas present from Amazon!
#2
If it's Costco, it might be an idea to put that in the subject, as not all of us can buy there. Sob!
#3
Is there a new voucher book out on the 8th?

Yep, got it on Tuesday - but you know they discount at the tills without the voucher anyway (well Edinburgh does at least).

I went Tuesday night, only got given the current voucher book!
Lakeside also give the discount without the vouchers, so its probably nationwide now.
Just found the list of new offers from the 8th on mse, thank you

They don't usually give you out the 'future offers' voucher books in store until the day they are released as you can't use the vouchers until then

I got my copy this week through the post.

these have been this price in costco since b4 christmas i mum got one in oldham and i got one in cardiff, there was a thread on here about it
#10
seen this in Selfridges, looks quite a good idea but normally expensive so @ this price its needs heat!
#11
I have these, they're great!
#12
I have one - these are good at this price.
#13
Costco are visiting my workplace on Monday so think I'll sign up for a year and pick one of these up. I have looked at these before but thought they were a bit expensive! I'm sure I will find some other bargains over the next year to make it worthwhile!!
#14
I've got one - it's really nice. The plastic boards are just the right hardness - not too hard to blunt your knives and not so soft that your knife gets stuck (like the ikea ones!). Each board fits very easily into the dishwasher, plus the whole thing takes up very little space on my worktop.
#15
What's wrong with 1 chopping board, I'd never use 4 at once. I cannot see the advantage of this.
#16
Question for anyione that has this...Do they have rubber feet, or do they slide about like most small chopping boards!?
#17
We got these chopping boards, but we got the set with the built in knife block and knive's. I can highly recommend it...

Its more hygenic, for example, you wouldnt want to cut raw meat on the same chopping board as vegetables would you?

Hi,

Have you noticed any change in shape as a result of putting the boards in the dishwasher, we have resisted putting them in as some can bend because of the heat,

cheers,

Just been in there today and they are currently selling at £19.96 incl vat. Deceded to buy them now as it would've cost me another £3 to get back through the Dartford tunnel next week! Still think they're great value and already have the 8 piece bowl set from Joesph Joseph which is such good quality

Great price, so H&R added.

Only thing that puts me off getting this are the not very good reviews on Amazon - lots of people saying they slide about when chopping, and that they get very marked very quickly. I'll probably end up getting them anyway though as they look nice!! lol

Sooooo, what's wrong with washing it once you've prepared some meat then chop veg? That's what I do. Oh, and I use a glass chopping board which is very hygienic.

Nothing wrong with that. Just some people do a lot of cooking so washing every time you need to do a seperate thing isn't workable.

Fantastic deal for these boards. Wish I had a CostCo near me :(

what's wrong with having more than one chopping board?

do you have just one cup, fork, spoon, plate, ball, etc?

"Andrea writes for a kitchen accessories site where you can browse a huge range of cooking products including chopping boards."

No conflict of interest there at all, then :whistling:

Amazing deal. Just paid £32 for them on Amazon. HOWEVER, I did call my local Costco a few weeks back and the last price they said they had these at (before they sold out) was £3!!! IMAGINE, how good a deal would that have been.

This price is excellent though. I got these chopping boards as a Christmas gift and they're a lovely treat to buy for someone.
#30
Would anyone be so kind to pick one of these up for me and would be able to send it to me please , I will happily cover all postage costs and send payment as a paypal gift :)
#31
I know everyone can't go to Costco but they have them on offer there for about £16.50 when they are on offer.
