I have one, its great. Can be powered by USB (mine plugged into x360) and has a plug in IR receiver on the end of a cable so you dont have to have the switch showing.

Think the usb and extended ir functions would be handy, just hoping my hifi usb is powered when on standby.
Thanks for the review jonsend.

Thanks arigold, I read a load of reviews today and this came out best, there are others at more than this price where the remote doesn't even work!

Stupid question, but are these 2 way? I want to use it for the output from my A/V amp to both TV & Projector so that I can switch without having to swap the HDMI cables from my amp.
i.e these appear to be aimed at 3inputs into 1, but can they also do 1output into 3?

haven't heard of this company before are they ok? anyone ordered from them before?

that doesn't sound too good, I'll expire until a mod decides otherwise.

Hope everything's okay, there's no negative comments about the site on their other deal threads and others have ordered without a problem tonight.

Fair play, not everyone would do that, good idea I think. Have some rep anyway :)

Better safe than sorry, did your bank provide any detail about the alert?

Just said that it triggered an alert, could be routine, but they weren't sure. Never had it before so thought I'd best leave it until I get further clarification hopefully from people who've used the site before. I'm hoping it'll be ok because I really want this now and it looks like a cracking deal.....!

I'm wondering if I should have paid the £15 to an amazon merchant or play.com:thinking:.

It can be at times, there's no need to worry yet anyway, anyone who has ordered should contact their bank as a matter of course.
I'm wondering if enough hukd orders are enough to trigger an alert:thinking:

Play is only play trade not play. I'm sure it'll be fine, I'm sorry I've worried everyone

Thank you for the report. The retailer has been listed on HUKD for some time now, & everything seems okay security wise on the site. The security warning may have been an automatic credit/debit card check triggered by what they see an unusual activity etc - I've unexpired but if anyone else has any problems then please use the report button http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/custom_buttons/report.gif at the top of the thread to let us know. Thanks again.

Don't worry about it, there's no harm done.

ordered yesterday, arrived today, well packed and delivered by royal mail.
Nice unit, worked out of the box, it even has a remote control extender so that it can be tucked out of the way with just the small 'magic eye' visible though it's easy to mount that discretely.
A bargain for sure. H and R added, thanks OP!

Supoirb! Powered via USB port on Xbox 360 even in standby mode. Great product, worth 5 times price paid.

The post may be quite old, but still valid - this seems to be exactly what I need, so I just ordered one and added some heat here. Many thanks!
