This brand of wine, I have always found to be consistently fresh and delicate. I buy it regularly. Although, it's never £6.99 each; the most I've ever paid for it is about £4.40.

So, still represents a decent saving. So voted hot.

Odd shape bottle too. I bought 20 cases from Calais for £2 a bottle

Tesco Three bottles of wine for a tenner.

Is it anything to do with the 3 bottles I have just drunk, or does the neck of the bottle in the picture look wonky??????????????

This is not the same quality of Chenet you can buy in France, and at Tescos for £4.75 a bottle.

Its wine from more than one country of origin - OK for barbies and such but I prefer to load up the car every time I go to France, even with the Euro/Pound rate its still cheaper to buy the better stuff there.

Looks bent and the shape of a MRMR could have other uses once the wine has been downed

I didn't say you could get it for £2.99

I said its a £2.99 bottle of wine, I wouldn't pay anymore for it..;-)

Like other posters here, you can pick this up when crossing the channel for £2 a bottle. I kind of resent paying more for it. It's drinkable though.
