I know it's not the cheapest price for a Blu-Ray film, but it's definitely not bad since this hasn't been out for that long.
I'm not a massive Karate Kid fan, but I thought Jackie Chan was really good in this.
And he totally rocks the moustache look! It's worth £8 just for that :)

"Remake of the 1984 film starring Ralph Macchio. Jaden Smith stars this time round as 12-year-old Dre Parker, who moves from his childhood home in Detroit to Beijing, China with his single mother Sherry (Taraji P. Henson). There he falls victim to the class bully at his new school, Cheng (Zhenwei Wang), after falling for his pretty classmate Mei Ying (Wenwen Han). Friendless and alienated in a strange new culture, Dre finds an unlikely ally in maintenance man and martial arts master Mr Han (Jackie Chan), who instructs Dre in the principles of Kung Fu, giving him the skills and confidence he needs to take on the bullies who are making his life a misery."

love this movie!

I love JC's earlier films but in last ten years, he's copped out for rubbish American films which really downgrades his skills.

Kung Fu Hustle is way better - Buddhist Palm, Lion's Roar, Axe Gang - I love this film!

I watched one of his recent films, Shinjuku Incident, the other day, and it was so good. I highly, highly recommend that you watch it.
I've not seen many of his older films, but it was a lot more of a serious Jackie Chan acting role, less heavy on the comic martial arts, and he plays a serious role really convincingly.

I do have to say only the last 20 mins of this are worth watching and it is way way to long for what it is as well! Give me wax on wax off over this anyday !

Since when Kung Fu became Karate ???? Damn Hollywood twisted everything.
Still think this movie is overrated, JC is good as always, but putting some Moviestar's kid into a movie doesnt really make it any better

A great price for a new Blu-ray to be honest, especially a Double Play. The steelbook is also just £12 in HMV for those collectors of the steelbooks, which is also a great price.
