A very good deal if it includes the patio cleaner. I know it shows the patio/ deck cleaner in the pic but doesn't mention it in the text (whereas othjer suppliers do). Is the patio cleaner definitely included?
#4
yes it will be as its a boxed set from karcher http://www.karcher.co.uk/product.php?pr=348

You can also buy this from Aldi's, when it is on offer that is, cheaper. It is made by Karcher but badged for Aldi's. They also do Patio and car cleaner in 5lts bottles

I bought this pressure washer today (called into Robert Dyas), and got slightly sunburnt washing the patio

Really good performance, and a decent range of useful accessories - I'm glad I didn't go for anything more expensive.

Go for it!

I want to buy one of these for my dad, but don't know too much about them.

Will this be powerful enough to get rid of stains etc? Any other Karcher's worth considering under £100?

Any advice would be welcome.
#12
Seems to have less power than the £10 one i got from B&Q, but on the plus side it does have wheels and that round brush may be good and costs quite a bit on its own..
#13
Looks to be a good buy to me:)
#14
I bought one of these a couple of weeks back. V well impressed with it, and by all the extra's that come with it.
I have used cheaper ones before (borrowed, LOL) but they haven't been any where near as good as this

I bought this pressure washer for my Dadhttp://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10151&productId=166184&categoryId=34004

It got a good review from auto express even when it was twice the price http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/products/products/207576/pressure_washers.html

Couldn't fault Halfords. The first washer my dad recieved had a broken wheel, so he is now the proud owner of 2 pressure washers!!

I got the 10% discount from the voucher (thanks for the info guys! - Much appreciated) but did not get, nor do I understand what Quidco is - anyone care to explain?

I am a new member (this is the first posting so excuse my ignorance if you will)

Basically sign up to Quidco, then when you want to buy something , say from Robaert Dyas, go to Quidco logon then use the Robert Dyas link on the Quidco site, it will then take you to Robert Dyas and just do your shop as normal, after a few hours or a couple of days you will get a % back showing on your Quidco account.

Use the Dirtblaster if you want to get rid of stubborn stains, otherwise it's powerful enough to remove dirt.

£72 is great - especially when you consider that on Ideal World (shopping channel) it is today's special value at £99.99 (including Carriage) and my wife thought it was good value - so I decided to take a peek at my trusty computer and see what I could find and.......... stumbled on you guys!!

1) I saved over £20

2) I'm in the good books for doing so (The is no possible limit to the value of this guys!) :-D

3) I discovered a site where I might reasonably expect to "discover" other bargains too

Yay - one up for the good guys I reckon!

:w00t: christ that is freaky... that is the exact same thing that happened to me. Wife saw it on that ideal world channel this afternoon and said she wanted one looked on here and saw it on the front page........ Spooky.....:-D

I bought one of these at argos for £49.99 (about 18 months ago....same spec, accessories)., you can still see the deal (& pics of what it included) here...

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=140187&highlight=karcher (towards the bottom of the page is the photo - the deal ended up finally discounted down to £49.99!)

...it was ok for the dosh but a bit weak. So I sold it on Ebay (got my money back!) & went on to buy a really REALLY powerful pressure washer made by Lavor from Lidl....fantastic - got my first ASBO with it, so it holds a special place.

therefore go ahead & buy it if you want to for example harrass small mammals, but else get a proper one where you can strip the paint off your neighbours window frames from 5m & you where need to have someone brace you at the shoulder (a bit like firemen)

im trying to figure out why anyone would buy a powerwasher to harass small mammals.... but the image is hilarious :-D

As you said really spooky... But at least you had the slight advantage of knowing about this place - I hadn't a clue (a normal state of affairs for me I'm afraid) ;-)

But at least we both came out winners in the end!
