Bought this today from Tesco Living at Bristol Cribbs Causeway. This was a yellow stickered deal and there were plenty left when I was there at around midday. I am not sure if it is nationwide. They are still £129 at Tesco Direct and the cheapest I can find new online is around £100. (I uploaded the receipt but it is too small to read. I will try to upload a bigger version when I work it out)

What is the general opinion of these? Do they work well? The shopping channel makes them look like a godsend but i wonder what the reality is

Do these work on laminate flooring?

if you don't have loads of stuff to clean - like maybe just kitchen/bathroom tiling etc, just use a wallpaper stripper and take the plate off so it's just a plain nozzle - works very well.

Would like to hear what people here who have used these think of them? Mixed reevoo reviews from1 to 10. Need it for cleaning floor tiles and the drive way.

Also instore at tesco home plus denton

mine is excellent for floor tiles for killing bacteria and bringing tiles up like new , no need for bleach or disinfectant , like i said mine is same make but a bit bigger would not think it suitable for a drive way u would be better off with a pressure washer

OP says "I am not sure if it is nationwide"!!!!!....

Well, I've got a pretty damn good idea whether it is or not!!!!!.....

Good deal if you can get it, these things are excellent.

I've just bought one so cheers OP

If anyone could pick one up for me, that would be great!

I posted one a while back, got a comment about a similar one being £15 in Home Bargains - I went and bought it. It's a handheld one so not really a help with your laminate flooring etc but if it's jut for bathroom kitchen etc it works well :)

None in Tesco Extra Seacroft (Leeds) as far as I could see, and I had a pretty good look round. None of the vacuum cleaner that's also up on here. All they had were a couple of pressure washers and a similar looking one to this, but at £80 (down from £160 apparently...) and with a different model number (sc1010 I think).

Got this exact model. Whilst i wouldnt be without a steamer these days, the build quality of this is pretty poor. After about 10 uses the lance is cracking and the outer hose has split. That said at this price im tempted just for the spares. Certainly they cost more than this deal.

Tried my nearest Tesco Extra and they don't have any in stock. Still £129 from Tesco Direct!!!!!!

anyone willing to get one for me and post it please, I'll pay the total (inc postage) plus a pint or two on top for the trouble? as long as it doesn't go over £60 as I hear that they do sell them at half price every so often.
mail me please if you can do this, greatly appreciated if you can.

Tried Portsmouth extra , they only have pressure washer in stock, no sign of steam cleaner.

I found it in a Tesco in Glasgow. The one opposite Costco. Not from Glasgow but anyone else locally will know where it is.

Are they any good on stains on carpets?

Got one in the Tesco St Rollox, Glasgow. On the shelf for £40, but scanned as £32. Quite a few left, pressure washers and wet/dry vacuums too.

Thanks! Nearly went for the Morphy Richards one on HUKD, but it has mixed reviews and seems to have hardly any pressure.
