I can personally vouch for these boots as they are the only ones that I wear when hiking. I've been buying them for the last three years and am 100% happy with them. I never get blisters or sore spots while wearing them, not even when I did a 24 miles charity walk in North Yorkshire 2009. IMHO these are the best boots you can buy in this price range and are better than some boots which cost a lot more. I find that I go through one pair of boots every 12 months or so, but I do do a lot of milage over the 12 months.

Karrimor Mens Bodmin Mid II Weathertite Boots Light Mink

I too can say that Karrimor foorwear lasts for years and will keep going. I have a 3 year old pair that have just worn through the sole after daily wear and lots of walking miles completed. Karrimor is good no matter where it is manufactured.

No they're not.

They do have several Karrimor boots which look similar but they are different models. You can see what they're selling here

So I just imagine that they're keeping my feet dry and that they last me for at least 12 months and 100's of miles? (_;)

Got a pair of Karrimor 3 years ago and wore them all through our last 2 winters and found them extremely comfortable with no leaks. A good standard of boot for a good price.

Karrimor are junk, 100's of miles is crap for boots. The fact that you've bought numerous pairs says it all.

They're just the cheapest boots available with a karrimor logo on them, they're just a cheapo brand for sports direct now, no quality whatsoever.

My Brasher boots were £60 and have done well over 2000 miles

I understand that sports direct have bought the name, and that the Karrimor of today is a poor shadow of what they were only a couple of years ago. The same thing happened to Donnay, once a classy tennis wear brand until bought by sports direct. Avoid.

Completely agree with Xippy, my last pair wore out twice as quick as the pair before!!

I'm afraid my recent experience with Karrimor has been poor as well. Mine wore in the heal area within three months and exposed sharp plastic which proceeded to rip my socks
