Can't go wrong with frosties

£3.12 in tesco, so assuming they are compared will work out free with DTD. Shame about the £20 limit.

It isn't that much more hassel to put your £100 of price-check DTDs through as 5 seperate transactions?

Apart from 900g of sugar what other healthy ingredients are in the box?

This country has enough food that is drained of flavor and sweetners and then upped in price.

edit: they are cheap, so heat added.

They've took loads of sugar out of these. They used to be well nice. But thanks to pedo's like Jamie Oliver; they've made them "healthier". Ruined them in my opinion.

As long as you don't assume them to be health, that is ok. But nutrition wise these should be classed a "candy".

Youcould do worse than Frosties for calories though:
Frosties - 360 kcal per 100g
Special K - 369.0kcal per 100g
Porridge Oats - 405 kcal per 100g
