Meh. Not a massive bargain (only 17p cheaper per 100g than Asda's 300g pack), and pretty grim stuff for an instant.

I'd probably be insulted if that made any sense.

Bought this the other day expecting the worse and have actually been pleasantly surprised. Fine as an everyday quick coffee. Better than the bitter overpriced Carter noir eg IMO.

where does it say that it is kenco? I know it used to be but now it doesn't mention kenco at all on the jar.

Oh yes, you're right. They don't even list it on the Kenco website anymore. Generic brand, generic taste! Guess it's just the Kraft 'cheapo' stuff and they wanted Kenco to be a bit more upmarket.

I'm a coffee addict and this I find is amongst the best for my tastes. I also like Black Gold, but as I drink so much coffee it's too expensive so this does just fine.

Good post OP - also available at £1.24 in Co-op for 100g jar!

So thought I'd resurrect this deal as it was so close to going hot and as I like it so much I'm damn well going to vote and TURN IT HOT so it gets a chance to get hotter!!

Sorry but instant coffee can never get a thumbs up.

If anyone is after a new brand in coffee, Marks and Spencer do a 'gold' coffee and I tell you it is the nicest instant coffee around, also Millicano is lovely. Never been a fan of rappor.

Sorry but that sounded a bit snobbish.

Rappor is a nice coffee but it was never £4.68 for 200g. Another "false offer".

That's just the shelf marker in the shop - it doesn't say Kenco anywhere on the packaging anymore.

No mention of Rappor on the Kenco website either. I wonder who's bought it?

Kraft bought it, like they are buying everything they can get there hands on.

IMO I bought some today and was interested to see there was no kenco logo on it, which brought me here, tastes good.
I prefer carte noir, and Boyband (ha ha wot a name lol) have you tried millicano or the nescafe azeera that is nice instant coffee. to be fair i prefer instant, real stuff is even more dehydrating, im common but i know this and im proud!! :p
