I've got one of these and it's great, they really put some effort in making a decent functional design.

Yea i have one of these its a good machine.

But the price of frozen fruit is so expensive, I just buy innocent smoothies they work out cheaper and taste nicer - cant beat the banana/coconut one, mmm!

Its natural sugar found in the fruit, so your homemade smoothie will more than likely contain nearly the same amount.

Got this the last time they had this deal about 8 weeks ago....used it loads since. Try buying frozen fruit it works out cheaper. Defrost obviously first.

I bought one of these the last time they were posted here...thought I will use it for 1 week after I bought, but it proved me wrong, I now see it as another functional and vital past of the kitchen now...highly recommended

I've added a couple of ice cubes to my smoothies and I don't defrost the fruit before I use it. You can only put in half the amount of frozen ingredients and if everything was frozen I'd recommend adding some liquid for lube ... ooh err :p
